为了让外省人士更好地融入海南省社会，海南省政府还将为他们提供一系列便利，包括免签证入境、绿色通道办理居住证和工作证等。

In order to help people from other provinces better integrate into Hainan society, the Hainan Provincial Government will also provide a series of conveniences for them, including visa-free entry, green channel for residence and work permits, etc.

预计，随着新规定的实施，海南省将涌入大量外省人士，进一步推动海南省的经济和社会发展。
